If we send you the wrong product or reflective tape we will correct that by sending you the correct one and including a return label so that you can send the wrong product back to us.
If you order the wrong product or wish to switch it for a different color or type you can call us and if possible we will take it back and swap it for a replacement product. To do this you would call or email us first, then send the product back with a note in the box. We would then collect shipping and any difference in price and ship the new order to you.
You can also call for a return approval, order the new product and pay, then send the original product back for a refund of the purchase price less original shipping. This gets the product you need to you quicker. All returned products must be received in resellable condition.
We do not accept returns on custom cut or custom manufactured products due to the fact that we would have difficult reselling them.
